The genesis of Clarige came from an appointment during a restructuring and carve out project of a PE backed Greentech start-up, in Paris in 2020.

We noticed the need of dedicated services to PE backed companies as external appointed operating partners to meet the alignement of interest of the stakeholders and as strategy enablers.
