Claire is Co-Founder and Managing Director at Clarige Partners.

She has served as Finance Director, Interim CFO, and Head of FP&A in a diverse range of settings, encompassing both private equity firms and NYSE and LSE listed corporations.

Her extensive experience spans multiple industries, including consulting, chemicals, biotech, food, and high-tech companies. She has successfully navigated through highly competitive environments, each with its own set of complexities within the complete value chain: Innovation, Manufacturing and Distribution.

In each role, she has been instrumental at various stages of a company’s development, whether during periods of rapid growth, post-merger integration or managing cash burn challenges.

Claire is deeply passionate about Industry dynamics, Entrepreneurship, and takes a results-driven approach focused on ROI and Structural efficiency. This includes expertise in developing Business Plans in accordance with the Strategy, optimizing cost structures, providing decision support for products optimal pricing, and enhancing Organizational and Talents performance.

Claire holds two Master’s degrees in International Management from the European School of Business (ESB) in Reutlingen, Germany and Reims Business School, France. She also obtained a certification in Company Valuation from HEC Paris, France.

Additionally, she is fluent in German and French and proficient in English, with an intermediate level in Italian.

Claire has a strong passion for Art & Design, classical music, and gastronomy.
