Richard is Co-founder and Chairman at Clarige Partners.

He is a former Finance Director, Interim CFO and CFO Advisory.

Financial management specialist for both private equity firms and listed corporations. He has accumulated a wide experience from TMT and manufactuting fields within a constant change of economic conditions. Starter phase in EdF (leading french energy corporation), he came along to
financial positions in the turmoiling period of telco market (Monaco Telecom, Siemens Networks, TCL Mobile Phones) mastering BU creation, JV and spinoff.

From 2007 to 2014, he was acting as Finance Director respectively in the automotive industry (liquidity crunch) and tissue sector (creation of financial infrastructure).

In 2015, he became a founder and director of Activium Finance, a financial management consultancy firm dedicated to business models in transformation for PE/VC backed companies and listed corporations.

Richard holds a an Executive MBA Major Finance, a Master in Accounting and Management and Certifications in Strategy from HEC Paris and in M&A from Columbia Business School.

He speaks French and English with an intermediate level in Russian.
